Our client is a well-run, high-end Commercial/Industrial S ecurity S ystems I ntegrator based in the DFW market that is growing rapidly in Texas and also Nationally. They are looking for a n Operations Manager to m anage approximately 30 employees as well as assisting with managing the P&L for the ir DFW branch . We need someone that is hands on and that will help drive growth and maintain customer satisfaction

We are looking for someone with 5++ years of high-end commercial/industrial Operations M anagement experience in the security integration field. You will be responsible for putting policies and procedures into place which will help to take the branch to the next level . We need someone that is both process and people focused that can bring the best out of their employees.
