Translations from English to Spanish and Spanish to English.
Assists with registrations for Spanish-speaking families.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Student Support Services.

7 ¾ hours/5 daysMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or possession of a high school diploma and:
A. Completion of two (2) years of training in a recognized business or secretarial school with emphasis
on secretarial practices, and one year of clerical experience; OR
B. Completion of one (1) year of training in a recognized business or secretarial school with emphasis on secretarial
practices, and two (2) years of clerical experience; OR
C. Three (3) years of clerical experience, two of which shall have involved secretarial duties; OR
D. Any equivalent combination of experience and training as defined by the limits of A, B and C above.
