Project Manager – Modular & Steel Frame Construction
Location: Project Site, 30 minutes from Saskatoon, SK

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with expertise in modular construction and steel frame building systems to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of a major project near Saskatoon. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong leadership and client-facing skills to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle project management, from pre-construction through closeout.
Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to align objectives.
Lead project meetings, provide progress reports, and resolve conflicts to maintain momentum.
Manage risk, proactively addressing challenges related to scope, cost, and schedule.
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contractual requirements.
Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor agreements.
Mentor and support site staff, including Superintendents and Coordinators.
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive project management experience in the construction industry.
Strong track record in modular building assembly and steel frame projects .
Proven success managing medium-to-large scale projects ($10M+ preferred).
Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and cost controls.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interface effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar).
PMP designation or equivalent is an asset.
