Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manual grinders, CNC grinders, jig grinders, cylindrical grinders, ID grinders, and OD/ID grinding machines.
- Perform grinding operations to achieve precise dimensions and surface finishes on various materials.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Manual Grinder, CNC Grinder, Jig Grinder, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cylindrical grinding, ID grinding, and OD/ID grinding machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
