Salary: $140,000 - 185,000 per year Requirements:

• I have a Bachelor's degree (or above) in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, or a Finance-related field; having a CFA / CFP designation or a post-graduate degree in finance or a related field is a plus.
• I bring over 6 years of experience in end-to-end technology solution delivery.
• I have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic products and solutions.
• I preferably have financial services experience.
• I am familiar with Jira and Jira Align.
• I have experience in the Asset Management industry, which is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• I am responsible for defining, refining, and communicating the team’s mission and roadmap to motivate and establish alignment with team members and partners.
• I anticipate and prioritize client/partner needs through ongoing interaction, serving as their voice to guide team execution.
• I define, evaluate, and communicate results based on acceptance criteria.
• I inspect and evaluate progress, removing impediments as necessary.
• I measure performance against established objectives, delivering on agreed-upon business, technology, and people results.
• I collaborate with Technical Leads and Scrum Masters to enhance team capacity and enable member growth and learning.
• I make informed trade-off decisions, balancing quality, cost, and timelines.
• I scale ideas that further our business objectives and capabilities.
