What You Will Be Doing
• Facilitate workshops for small cohorts following a structured, playbook-based curriculum
• Conduct 1:1 and small group motivation sessions designed to drive students toward ambitious targets
• Employ storytelling, vocal delivery, and dynamic presence to captivate students and guide mastery of advanced concepts
• Leverage AI tools and student profiles to customize incentives and sustain high engagement
• Monitor student progress, execute mastery-based assessments, and refine approach based on outcomes

Basic Requirements
Kindergarten Teacher key responsibilities
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with groups of children ages 4–8 (education, afterschool, coaching, or similar roles)
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proven academic excellence (e.g., National Merit Scholar, early college, academic competitions)
• Available to work in-person at the GT campus in Georgetown, TX
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
