Integration Platform Engineer

LaSalle Network is hiring an Integration Platform Engineer to join an innovative team responsible for designing and maintaining modern, event-driven integration systems. This is a high-impact opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies like Boomi , Azure API Management , and CI/CD automation tools in a hybrid work model.

Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Preferred location: Oshkosh, WI
Additional locations: Dodge Center, MN | Hagerstown, PA | McConnellsburg, PA | Orlando, FL

Integration Platform Engineer Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support event-driven architectures and API management solutions across on-prem and cloud systems
• Manage and monitor Boomi runtimes and integrations; support REST/SOAP APIs and authentication protocols (OAuth, etc.)
• Serve as a key escalation point for complex integration and API issues, coordinating cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, and development teams
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using DevOps principles and tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Lead integration and API-related workstreams, from initial design to deployment and monitoring
• Translate business needs into scalable integration solutions in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and developers
• Stay current with emerging integration technologies, messaging protocols, containerization, and infrastructure automation tools
• Drive enhancements aligned with the strategic roadmap for API and integration platforms
• Follow ITIL practices for incident and problem resolution, with a strong focus on stakeholder satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in integrations, DevOps, or platform engineering roles
• Proven expertise with Boomi Integrations and Boomi or Azure API Management
• Experience with API design, security protocols (OAuth), and messaging protocols (REST, SOAP)
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and principles, including infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Strong troubleshooting, system monitoring, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to lead integration projects and collaborate across multiple technical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Boomi Runtime Administration and/or Advanced Integration Development Certification
• Microsoft Azure Developer Associate or similar certification
• Experience in guiding junior team members and translating business needs into technical architecture

Compensation: $155,000 annual salary + 10% bonus
