Job Description

Proven experience supporting adults with Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability).
Demonstrated ability to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors using established protocols and positive behavior support strategies.
Proficiency in providing direct personal care (including assistance with toileting, showering, and hygiene).
A strong commitment to client consistency and reliability is non-negotiable.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE:

• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency encouraged)
• Compassionate personality
• Patient, kind, and have a heart for working with senior adults
• HCA registered (We will help you with this process!)
• Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check + LiveScans in California.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
