This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer in the United States .

In this role, you’ll help create seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging digital experiences across multiple brands within a fast-growing home services platform. You’ll translate complex workflows into simple, high-performing designs that make it easy for users to engage with products and services. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams — including Product, Engineering, and Research — you’ll balance craft, usability, and business impact. This is a fully remote opportunity where your work will directly influence user satisfaction, brand consistency, and company growth.

Accountabilities:

• Design clear, responsive, and accessible interfaces for both mobile and web across a multi-brand ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation, QA, and accessibility standards.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system, delivering consistent components and patterns that streamline future projects.
• Translate research insights and user data into intuitive, conversion-driven experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on real-world feedback to optimize performance.
• Support the development of design standards, documentation, and best practices to strengthen cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design , ideally within fast-paced, multi-brand environments.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and other modern design tools.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on interaction quality, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Systems-thinking approach with experience developing or maintaining design systems .
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders in agile environments.
• Strong communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for user-centered design.
• Ability to balance creativity and speed while maintaining a high design standard.
