The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and modern design tools.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
* Conduct user research, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
* Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components
* Improve existing designs based on user feedback and analytics
* Ensure consistency across all digital platforms
* Perform usability testing and iterate designs accordingly
### **Required Skills**
* Strong knowledge of **UI/UX principles and best practices**
* Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch**
* Experience with **wireframing, prototyping, and user flows**
* Basic understanding of **HTML, CSS, and responsive design**
* Ability to create clean, modern, and accessible designs
* Good communication and collaboration skills
### **Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with mobile-first and responsive design
* Knowledge of usability testing tools and A/B testing
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
