Job Description
We are seeking experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives for end client. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in project delivery within financial services , with proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5 10 years of project management experience, preferably within banking or financial services .
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies .
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel .
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred .
- Experience in infrastructure, data, or application delivery projects is an asset.
- Prior experience working with any of the bank or similar financial institutions is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of technology projects aligned with client strategic objectives .
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts .
- Lead cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, SMEs, and technical stakeholders .
- Facilitate requirements gathering, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement .
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to client governance, compliance, and financial reporting standards .
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including RAID logs, financials, and delivery milestones.
- Support integration and transformation initiatives across platforms and business units.
