This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Tableau Developer in the United States.

As a Tableau Developer, you will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights and compelling visualizations that drive strategic decision-making. You will partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales teams to design, develop, and maintain dashboards that address critical business challenges and KPIs. This role involves managing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, while ensuring the accuracy, performance, and security of reporting platforms. You will collaborate across functions to optimize analytics solutions, train end-users, and translate business problems into intuitive Tableau-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards for Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales leadership to support business decision-making
• Translate recurring reports into innovative visualizations and actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize analytics processes and ensure effective use of data
• Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks, ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Train and support end-users to maximize the value of Tableau dashboards and analytics tools
• Maintain and monitor BI platforms, ensuring performance, security, and availability

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar BI/analytics role
• Strong experience in developing, managing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and familiarity with Tableau administration/architecture
• Proficiency with SQL and ETL tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable Tableau solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about delivering impactful analytics solutions
