Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

About the Role

As a  Sr. Network Engineer , you will be part of Insight’s Infrastructure Managed Services team supporting multiple clients across diverse technologies and challenging projects. We will count on you to lead documentation efforts, provide expert-level network support, and drive continual service improvements. Along the way, you will get to:

• Lead procedural and help documentation writing
• Analyze and resolve high-repeat incidents through root cause analysis
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex tickets
• Partner with consulting services on large-scale implementations

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience with network technologies across mixed vendor environments
• Professional-level certifications and expertise in route/switch, security, wireless
• Strong understanding of SD-WAN, monitoring tools (e.g., ScienceLogic, ServiceNow)
• Demonstrated experience with vendor technologies such Palo Alto, Prisma, Panorama Cisco, Cisco Meraki, ASA, Firepower, Fortinet, F5, and Juniper.
• Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently
