Manage camera and editing teams for seamless recording and post-production.
Host podcast episodes as required.
Ensure timely release of podcast episodes (minimum one per week).
Invite and manage guest appearances (including Mudita and Sudhanshu on other podcast platforms).
Get editing done for all podcast episodes and ensure high-quality output.
Social Media & Content Management Manage Luxury Cloud’s Instagram and WhatsApp community for engagement and promotions.
Contribute creative ideas for the content calendar and implement them in coordination with Dia and Manshi.
Coordinate with editors for reels, voiceovers, and video shoots.
Upload finalized content to Luxury Cloud’s YouTube channel with optimized captions, hashtags, and SEO practices.
Review insights and analytics to enhance reach — optimize thumbnails, captions, shorts, ads, and content strategy.
PR, Collaborations & Outreach Connect with hoteliers, PR teams, and potential partners for shoot collaborations and content opportunities.
Seek new promotional tie-ups and partnership opportunities for brand visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams for cross-promotions and influencer partnerships.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns Contribute ideas for 360° marketing initiatives across channels — podcasts, CKM College, social media, WhatsApp promotions, and client broadcasts.
Plan and execute performance marketing and social media campaigns.
Stay updated on travel trends and coordinate with the travel team for offers and promotions.
Draft and review weekly and 12-week marketing calendars with the team to ensure timely execution.
Research, Learning & Growth Analyze campaign and podcast performance to identify improvement areas.
Research new digital marketing trends and tools for better engagement and conversions.
Learn and apply techniques to create viral content using AI tools like ChatGPT.
Enroll in relevant marketing and content creation courses for continuous skill enhancement.
