ClickHouse is looking for our first demand generation manager to drive brand new marketing initiatives. Your role is to strategically generate global pipeline and self-serve MRR by building integrated marketing campaigns, intent-based outbound and product-led-sales plays. We’re looking for someone who enjoys experimenting and building from the ground up. You’ll have the opportunity to try new, cutting-edge marketing strategies and work with a passionate community of ClickHouse users.

Experience with database or developer tooling companies is a must.

What you will do:

  • Strategize and execute our integrated campaigns primarily targeting the Enterprise market segment, taking ownership of the campaign implementation process including planning, strategy, and execution.
  • Build intent-based outbound campaigns leveraging buying intent signals on our website, open-source community and 3rd party sources.
  • Evolve our product-led-sales strategy to drive pipeline and MRR from ClickHouse Cloud signups and trial users. This includes collaborating with the growth and product teams to ensure our product value is effectively communicated and understood by potential users. It also includes collaborating with our operations and sales team to create automated sales funnels.
  • Collaborate with our partnerships team to develop partner marketing activities, primarily with AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
  • Own lead and pipeline metrics. Continuously analyze demand funnel and campaign performance data, derive insights, optimize programs, and clearly communicate results to key stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies in our space. Identify new demand generation opportunities and innovative approaches.

What you bring along:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in demand generation or growth within the database or developer tooling space. Bonus if you have experience at a company with an open-source product.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns, resulting in measurable lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo. Prefer experience in intent-based selling tools like Common Room.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to create engaging content targeting developers.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

$115,000—$156,000 USD

Los Angeles, CA / Washington, DC - Salary Range

$121,000—$156,000 USD

Seattle, WA - Full Salary Range

$121,000—$156,000 USD
