We’re looking for a Sales Recruiter who thrives in high-volume, high-energy environments and is passionate about identifying, engaging, and hiring the best in the business. In this role, you'll be the engine behind our fast-growing sales teams, building strong pipelines, creating an exceptional candidate experience, and driving the full recruitment lifecycle from first contact to offer acceptance. This is more than just filling roles, it is about shaping the future of our sales force.
What You’ll Do:
Own the full-cycle recruiting process for inside sales roles—from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and delivering offers.
Build deep candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing on job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Be a trusted partner to hiring managers, aligning on hiring needs, role expectations, and candidate profiles.
Create exceptional candidate experiences, serving as the go-to contact and brand ambassador throughout the hiring journey.
Evaluate candidates thoroughly, assessing skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit through structured screening and behavioral interviews.
Maintain clean, up-to-date ATS records and recruiting scorecards to inform hiring decisions.
Report on recruiting KPIs and metrics and use data to optimize your approach and results.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting—preferably in sales or other revenue-generating roles.
A track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting goals in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Strong understanding of what makes high-performing salespeople tick and how to spot them.
Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across various channels and tools.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing technologies..
Clear, confident communication and strong relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a get-it-done attitude who can manage multiple priorities with ease.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
