Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and Web Shop with a focus on accuracy.
Verify customer information and conduct parts research using SAP and equipment PDFs.
Create and share quotes with customers after validating information.
Collect purchase orders and communicate order details and shipping expectations.
Update internal systems (MRP/CRM/SAP) with accurate lead times.
Report suggestions, customer feedback, and operational issues to the Commercial Team Lead.
Proactively upsell and cross-sell relevant products based on customer interests.
Maintain and update accurate part details, including part numbers, descriptions, and specifications.
Update pricing and part details such as part numbers and descriptions.
Perform additional tasks related to troubleshooting, service, design, electrical, field service, mechanical, engineering, customer service, technical sales, and sales engineering.
Essential Skills
Ability to read schematics.
Experience working with equipment, hands-on both electrically and mechanically.
Experience in phone, email, and customer service tied to hands-on engineering.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
