The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.
Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking an RN Supervisor responsible for ensuring high-quality nursing care and overseeing department operations. This role includes facilitating employee evaluations, promoting cost-effective services, supporting staff and interdepartmental decision-making, and fostering team development. The RN Supervisor provides coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution among staff, providers, patients, and families. You will deliver age-appropriate care, ensure reliable outcomes with minimal delays, and utilize information systems effectively. Additional duties may be assigned based on the specific department.
Wisconsin RN license required
2-3 years of previous leadership experience preferred
