Our Client is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 25-26 School Year for schools in Frederick County, VA.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of concepts of Behavior Analysis and PBIS.
* Demonstrate leadership and project organizational skills (planning, implementing, and evaluation).
* Possess the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, educators, administration, etc.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with individuals, teams, and groups (teachers, administrators, and support staff).
* Impeccable time-management skills and adhere to scheduled appointments with supervisor, BIP/IEP meetings, etc.
* Adhere to all ethical guidelines outlined by the BACB.
* Willing to enroll, be currently enrolled or have already completed the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training. Preference is given to those who have already completed the training.
* Completion of the Safety-Care Behavior Safety Training program is preferred.
* Willing to work with all populations (age, program, varying disabilities, etc.)
* Position requires standing/walking, sitting, lifting to 30 lbs., repetitive hand movements (including simple grasping, pushing/pulling, fine manipulation), bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, and reaching. Candidates must be able to bend and move at a fast rate in the event that physical interventions are necessary.

CLIENT'S REQUIREMENTS
* Proof of Registered Behavior Technician
* Minimum 1 year expeiernce in the behavior health field.
