Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist – Clinic-Based | Fayetteville, NC

Full-Time | $21.50 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience & certification)

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that helps children with autism achieve meaningful progress. We’re seeking an experienced RBT to join our Fayetteville, NC clinic , where collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth are at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting.
  
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans created by your supervising BCBA.
  
• Collect and record accurate data using digital tools.
  
• Collaborate with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, and caregivers to ensure consistency and progress.
  
• Foster a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment for each child.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required).
  
• Experience delivering ABA therapy in a clinic-based environment (preferred).
  
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to helping children succeed.
  
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to professional growth.
  

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $21.50 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)
