Job Description

At Bama Home Buyer, we're looking for a Real Estate Lead Manager who thrives on building connections and creating opportunities. You'll be the first point of contact for potential sellers, guiding them with honesty and clarity. Your role is vital, as you'll manage communication across various lead stages, ensuring each interaction aligns with our core values of integrity and transparency. Supported by our marketing team and Acquisition Manager, you'll transform leads into acquisition opportunities, embodying our commitment to being a trusted resource in the real estate landscape.   • Promptly respond to all incoming leads via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Actively listen to clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and timelines.
  • Engage with clients to gather necessary information and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to conduct in-home evaluations based on the client's availability and preferences.
  • Enter all lead details, interactions, and appointments accurately into the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up.
  • Manage follow-up communication with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the real estate process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and provide the necessary support for successful conversions.
  • Continuously update knowledge of market trends, inventory, and competitive landscape to better serve customers.
  • Continuously improve lead management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • MUST have STRONG communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least one year of experience in cold calling or lead management.
  • Must speak English fluently.
  • Must have reliable internet access, reliable electricity, and a reliable computer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Ability to empathize with the needs and concerns of clients.
