This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager II (CRO or Life Sciences) in Michigan (USA) .

In this role, you will oversee mid-to-large scale clinical projects within the life sciences sector, focusing on biometric deliverables including data management, biostatistics, and statistical programming services. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct engagement with clients to drive satisfaction and account growth. You will leverage project management methodologies to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with strategic objectives. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of life-changing therapies while operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Accountabilities:

· Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial KPIs are met and invoices align with contracted payment schedules.

· Create, maintain, and execute moderate complexity project timelines, identifying critical path milestones.

· Monitor project scope and manage changes using established PM methodologies.

· Drive day-to-day project activities, including risk identification, issue resolution, and coordination with functional leads.

· Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes to ensure project objectives are achieved.

· Strengthen client relationships and participate in account growth planning, RFIs/RFPs, and bid defenses.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including ICH, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 9001:2000.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles in life sciences.

· Knowledge of scientific principles, clinical trial processes, and pharmaceutical development.

· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with intermediate Excel skills (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

· Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GCP requirements, and FDA regulations.

· Hands-on experience managing clinical trial projects and familiarity with CRO operations preferred.
