Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and execution of project activities to ensure successful delivery of all contract requirements. This position oversees all aspects of facility and logistics management operations, ensuring resources, schedules, and performance meet or exceed client expectations. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact and holds full authority to act on behalf of Strativia on all matters related to contract performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct all project activities, ensuring contract compliance, quality performance, and timely delivery of services.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Contractor, Government representatives, and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight for ongoing Government programs related to facilities and logistics management.
  • Manage and allocate resources to ensure full coverage of logistical and facility operations.
  • Supervise and direct personnel assigned to the project, ensuring alignment with performance and safety standards.
  • Identify and resolve technical or operational issues as they arise, implementing corrective actions promptly.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Provide strategic planning and coordination to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Maintain awareness of all technical details and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to service requests and issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  • One of the Following Required:
    • Fifteen (15) years of industry experience overseeing facility or logistics management for at least one (1) contract of comparable complexity.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
    • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with at least five (5) years of experience overseeing facility/logistics management on contracts of similar complexity.
  • Certifications and Licenses:
    • Active Secret Clearance
    • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
    • Valid U.S. driver's license
    • Active Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification
    • Active OSHA certification
    • Active Forklift certification
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC)
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale logistics or facility management operations.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage personnel and resources effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
  • Experience working with Government clients and contracts preferred.
