• Test 1: 2” Sch 160 pipe, open root , flat in a pinwheel roll-out , welded with MIG & Flux Core
• Test 2: 2” Sch 160 pipe in the 6G position , welded using TIG

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pipe Welder to join a Tulsa-based manufacturing team. The Pipe Welder in this role will be responsible for welding and assembling high-pressure pipe systems used in industrial applications. This position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Candidates must have 2+ years of pipe welding experience .
Key Responsibilities
Weld and assemble pipe systems using MIG, Flux Core, and TIG processes
Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
Fit, align, and prep pipe components for welding
Perform high-precision welds in structural, roll-out, and fixed positions
Inspect welds to ensure compliance with industry and customer specifications
Operate grinders, bevelers, torches, and fabrication equipment
Follow all safety procedures , PPE requirements, and shop guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
2+ years of pipe welding experience required
Must pass one of the approved weld tests (MIG/Flux Core pinwheel OR TIG 6G)
Ability to read and interpret pipe drawings and weld procedures
Strong understanding of TIG, MIG, and Flux Core processes
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
