Job Summary

Title: On-Deck Summer Internship – Legal 

Location: Levy Home Office – 980 N. Michigan Ave Chicago, IL

Time Frame: June 2, 2026 – August 7, 2026

This position is paid, but not eligible for benefits such as medical, relocation, or housing.

Position Summary: Levy’s On-Deck Summer Internship is a 10-week, project-based program with a focus on improving business operations on a strategic and multifunctional level. Interns will be exposed to Levy’s unique culture, personal and professional development workshops, and standards of service at Levy’s Home Office in Chicago, IL. This summer internship program is offered to full-time college students interested in a career in hospitality, sports and entertainment, or data analytics. Upon successful completion of the On-Deck program, interns have the potential to receive a full-time, entry-level position post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

On- Deck Interns will work independently or in a partnership/group on their 10-week project and will follow a structured curriculum presenting their findings to Levy Leadership at the conclusion of the summer. Professionalism, time management, problem solving, and eagerness to learn are expectations of each intern. The legal intern responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Assist with contract management and the organization of contracts in electronic repository
• Proofread, edit and create various contracts and legal documents
• Conducting legal research on various issues, as requested.
• Assisting with Company responses to information requests, including subpoenas
• Assist with compliance matters, including research of various laws
• Provide support in litigation matters, such as coordinating employee interviews, performing preliminary information requests including searching and reviewing documents, reviewing memos and filings
• Assist with administration matters as needed within the legal department

Experience:

• Current enrollment in accredited law school.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Demonstrated superior collaboration and relationship building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting in a fast paced corporate legal environment.
• Must be proficient with Adobe, Excel and Outlook
