We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who is skilled in communication, client service, and market analysis. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who wants to grow their production with strong internal support. NextGen Mortgage provides the technology, coaching, and operational strength needed to elevate your business. We do not charge monthly fees and instead invest heavily in tools and lead generation. Loan Officers receive access to more than thirty-five thousand dollars per month in paid inbound leads, advanced mortgage technology, and an experienced in-house processing team. • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
• Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
• Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements
• Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business
• Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License
• Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines
• Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
