**MIG Welder** Plymouth, MN _Full-Time and Overtime!!_ About the Role We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team in fabricating and assembling high-quality pavement maintenance equipment and safety components. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong experience in MIG welding and a passion for precision and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities + Perform MIG welding on 18-gauge and ½-inch mild steel components. + Fabricate and assemble parts for pavement maintenance equipment, safety railings, and related machinery. + Execute welds with accuracy and consistency. + Grind and finish welded parts to meet quality standards. + Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to ensure proper fabrication. Qualifications + Minimum of 2 years of MIG welding experience or completion of a technical welding program. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding weld symbols. + High school diploma or GED + Preferred: 5+ years of MIG welding experience on mild steel. Work Environment Join a well-organized, clean, and spacious warehouse facility where we fabricate and assemble our own industrial roofing equipment.
