Front Desk Attendant – Laundromat

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Attendant to join our team at our busy laundromat.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with drop-off and pick-up orders
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
• Manage wash-and-fold orders (check-in, tagging, folding, packaging)
• Manage dry clean orders (check-in, tagging, following up, packaging)
• Manage pick up and delivery schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized store especially front area
• Answer phone calls and provide great customer service
• Assist with light laundry duties when needed

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred (laundry or retail a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Dependable and punctual
• Must be able to lift up to 10-40 lbs occasionally

Schedule:

• Morning Shift: 6:00AM-1:00PM
• Night Shift: 1:00PM-9:30PM

Compensation:

• Pay rate depends on the performance and experience: $16.5-20/per hour
