About Us

Farmers Insurance District 50-05 is expanding into Bay Minette and North Baldwin County . This hybrid position gives you the chance to work locally and from home while also attending training and mentorship sessions at our district office in Mobile . With Farmers® backing, you’ll gain the tools, guidance, and resources to thrive in insurance sales and service.

Responsibilities

Support Bay Minette-area individuals and businesses with insurance needs.
Learn and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products.
Participate in University of Farmers® training and district development programs.
Prospect for new clients through networking and community involvement.
Deliver excellent customer service and policy support.

Requirements

Alabama insurance licenses (P&C and Life/Health) or willingness to obtain.
Customer service or sales background is helpful.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Entrepreneurial drive with a focus on career growth.
