THE ROLE:

The Hostess is the first point of contact most customer’s experience. This position is primarily responsible for telephone reception and caller redirection. Multiple functions will be cross trained for support as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

* Support a culture of excellence serving customer and team member experiences * Receiving inbound telephone inquiries * Redirecting telephone callers to the most helpful destination * Recording and providing “left messages” timely * Packaging vehicle merchandising folders * Sorting and filing administrative paperwork * Greeting and directing customers upon arrival

• Obtain cafe requests by customers and maintain the cafe

Execute problem resolution skills to realize excellence in all facets of the business * Report progress, challenges, options, and solutions to assure outstanding results
