We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Rochester, NY. You will play a key role in coordinating events from planning to completion while ensuring quality, efficiency, and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events

  • Manage event timelines, logistics, and on-site coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless delivery

  • Monitor event setup, breakdown, and overall operations
