We are seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join our team! This position will be responsible for planning, organizing, and staffing electrical projects as well as maintaining and generating new business opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical projects.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, and to a high standard.
• Responsible for laying out project work and ensuring that materials, tools, equipment, and information are scheduled to meet scope schedules.
• Maintain and generate new business opportunities.
• Oversee multiple projects of various sizes.
• Review project documents, plans, and specifications.
• Visit various job sites to interact with crew, customers, general contractors, and tradesmen, ensuring proper job progress.
• Create written cost proposals on projects to meet company and customer standards.
• Supervise and assist crews on job sites.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience in an electrical or electrical estimating field; at least 5 years of experience running projects and at least 3 years of project management experience.
• Must be a licensed journeyman in Arkansas or Oklahoma, or have the ability to obtain it.
• Experience in estimating commercial and industrial projects.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills for both company personnel and clients.
• Excellent ability to interpret blueprints and plan project costs.
• Crew lead and project managing experience is required.
• OSHA 10 Certification is highly preferred.
• Class E driver's license is highly preferred.
