Project Manager – S&W Contracting

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Bring a proven crew of electrical professionals to support successful project execution.
- Leverage existing client relationships to secure new projects and drive customer satisfaction.
- Manage materials, labor, and subcontractors to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor project costs, prepare forecasts, and maintain profitability.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
- Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents across multiple sectors.
- Identify project challenges and implement proactive solutions.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Foreman in commercial/industrial electrical construction.
- A network of clients and the ability to bring new business opportunities to S&W.
- Proven success in managing crews and leading multi-site projects.
- Strong understanding of NEC, local electrical codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and estimating software (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
