Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and reliable delivery driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods and products to our customers and clients. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering goods to various locations as per the delivery schedule.
• Ensure goods are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
• Verifying delivery instructions and route plans before departing.
• Accurately record and report delivery information including time of delivery, customer details and any delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
• Maintain delivery vehicles by conducting regular checks and reporting any issues to the appropriate parties.
• Follow all traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe driving.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed.
• Communicate with the dispatch team and customers to ensure smooth delivery of goods

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to drive safely and navigate efficiently
• Experience in delivery driving is an asset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility with working hours and willingness to work weekends or evenings as required.
