- 2nd Shift - 5:00pm - 1:00am - Monday - Friday
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred, enough to communicate
- One location, in Chicago downtown union location.
- Supervisor position with cleaning responsibilities.
Full Job Descriptions
- Candidates should have 5 years’ experience in Janitor/cleaning.
- Steer the employees workflow to ensure success of business goals and performance standards.
- Evaluate employees work performance and identify areas that need cleaning.
- Training new hires and delegating tasks and goals to employees, in alignment with company's plans and vision.
- Clean areas and in addition to daily site walkthroughs for safety checks.
Skills
- At least 5 years of Janitorial/Commercial Cleaning.
- At least 3 years of Project work experience.
- Speak English & Spanish, enough to communicate.
- Able to lift,push,pull up to 40lbs.
