We're a growing dog-walking and pet-sitting service in the Denver Metro area, and we need enthusiastic team members who love dogs (and cats!) as much as we do.
Looking for someone who’s dependable, punctual, and has a trusty (with insurance) ride. You should know your way around a leash and have some experience under your belt.
We are growing quickly and need someone to join our loving group of Pack Leaders.
Experience with walking both single and multiple dogs, pet sitting, working with large breed dogs and behavioral issues required. You can enjoy cuddles with fur babies and get paid well, making $20/hour and paid mileage as a W-2 employee. Paid training is provided. Hours btw 9am – 4pm, TUESDAYS WEDNESDAYS and THURSDAYS, alternating at least one Saturday/month.
What you'll do:
· Take on new and legacy clients. Relationship building is key to the success of the team and the happiness of our clients and their pets.
· Expect to walk 1-5 pups at a time.
· Sometimes you'll be asked to feed and cuddle our kitty clients.
· Sometimes you'll be asked to Pet Taxi our client's pets.
· You'll have an opportunity to earn bonuses when you pick up night shifts, 5-star reviews, new client referrals, and overnight pet-sitting.
How we hire, train, & develop:
· Applications will be in review ASAP.
· We will start with a quick call to check-in followed by a potential in-person interview.
· References will be contacted and Background Checks are necessary for everyone.
· Expect (paid) training to take up to 2 weeks.
· Once you're confident in taking on clients consistently, you can expect to be scheduled depending on preference and client requests.
