Job Description

Description We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Broomfield, CO on a contract basis. This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for wholesalers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing customer inquiries across multiple channels. Responsibilities: - Answer calls promptly, pleasantly, and equitably with co-workers - Respond to emails - Handle customer inquiries both by phone and email - Research required information using available resources - Manage and resolve customer complaints - Provide customers with product and service information - Enter new customer information into the system - Update existing customer information - Process orders according to procedure, following up with customer or rep when further information is required - Identify and escalate priority issues - Route calls to the appropriate resource - Follow up promptly on customer calls - Document all pertinent call information in the customer notes - Recommend process improvements - Maintain paper files - Provide any needed support to other team members - Other duties as assigned Requirements + Strong communication and customer service skills + Ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders accurately + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities + Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; NetSuite experience is a plus TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
