Customer Service Representative – Remote

Job Overview:

Brooks Services is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate is professional, articulate, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally

  • Document and update customer records in our CRM system

  • Follow up on pending issues to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Escalate complex or urgent matters to the appropriate department

  • Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional tone at all times

  • Meet performance metrics, including response times and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using computers, online tools, and CRM systems

  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access

  • Team-oriented, patient, and emotionally intelligent
