About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Safety Manager to lead safety operations on a high-profile industrial/commercial project in Phoenix, AZ . This is your opportunity to play a critical role in protecting lives, ensuring compliance, and contributing to cutting-edge construction.

You’ll be responsible for developing, enforcing, and mentoring site safety programs while working closely with subcontractors, project managers, and executive leadership. Join a dynamic team driving progress in one of the most advanced industrial builds in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

Site Safety & Compliance

• Conduct Pre‑Construction Safety Planning Meetings
• Review Job Hazard Analyses and Site-Specific Safety Plans
• Perform regular safety audits, inspections, and patrols
• Identify risks and ensure timely corrective actions

Incident Management

• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Implement corrective and preventive safety measures

Training & Leadership

• Ensure all workers are trained per scope requirements
• Oversee Toolbox Talk execution and documentation
• Mentor and guide subcontractor safety leads

What You Bring

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (required)
• OSHA certifications: OSHA 30, OSHA 510, OSHA 500 (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction health & safety (industrial/commercial preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Safety, or Engineering (preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, state, and local regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-stakes construction environments
