Start your new career as a Computer Operator with MAU at Milliken-Pendleton in Pendleton, SC. As a Computer Operator, you will schedule dye machines according to production requirements, monitor machine performance, and ensure first-quality fabric output while coordinating with multiple departments. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We Offer:

• Pay of $18.83/hour

• Temp-to-hire opportunity

• 12-hour rotating shifts | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM  OR 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

• Level 2 pay upon completion of training and certification

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience

• Computer skills are a necessity

• Independent thinker capable of making decisions with available information

• Leadership ability to question operator decisions and guide the shift

• Safety-oriented and effective team player

• Experience in dyeing department preferred

What You’ll Do as a Computer Operator:

• Schedule dye machines per production schedule

• Monitor machine performance to ensure first-quality fabric output

• Follow up on delays or machine waits, coordinating with Dye Blenders, Dye Jet Operators, and Maintenance Associates

• Communicate between dye service and dye floor, and between dyeing and preparation

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• Work effectively with other team members in the dye service department
