Asgard Investments is a small, fast-growing investment and management company focused on building exceptional brands and businesses. We currently operate two companies:

  • Rocket Service Pros – a residential service company providing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC solutions.
  • Remedeeze – a lifestyle brand in the natural, plant-based medicine sector, focused on wellness, creativity, and sustainable living.

We are in the early stages of growth and looking for a visionary marketing leader who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys building from the ground up, and can shape the direction of multiple brands under one portfolio.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who can oversee all aspects of marketing and brand development across multiple companies. This person will:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across all brands.
  • Identify and manage agencies, contractors, and internal talent to execute marketing initiatives — from social media and digital advertising to traditional media and events.
  • Build consistent, scalable brand identities that connect emotionally with target audiences.
  • Work directly with ownership to shape the vision, growth strategy, and messaging for each company.
  • Lead marketing operations with a balance of creativity, strategy, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Manage brand positioning, voice, and design across platforms.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, billboards, PR, email, SEO, etc.).
  • Hire and manage external agencies or freelancers for creative, digital, or media work.
  • Oversee online presence — websites, social media, and digital advertising strategy.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company growth goals and ROI.
  • Collaborate with leadership on new brand launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Foster a creative, forward-thinking culture and bring new ideas to the table.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with a track record of leading brand and growth initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple brands or business lines.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, creative strategy, and brand development.
  • Prior experience working in startup or high-growth companies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — able to build structure where none exists.
  • Experience in service industries and/or consumer packaged goods / wellness sectors is a strong plus.
