Job DescriptionJob Description Chief Financial Officer / CFO The CFO provides sales and expense analyses for all departments. Fairly represents the financial condition of the dealership and related companies, develops controls necessary for the proper conduct of the business, and maintains accurate records. This position interacts daily with Accounting Associates, Sales Associates, Service Managers, support staff and customers, just to name a few. The Whiteface Ford entities are on a rapid growth path and in need of a CFO looking for a long term future with a lot of growth opportunity. Job Responsibilities The CFO is a key position that reports to the Dealer Principal. The CFO supports the entire accounting function and financial reporting for our dealership and related entities. This position will work closely with management and other departments to help ensure harmonious and productive operations, which will help maximize the success of the dealerships. Successful Candidates must be able to maintain excellent business relations with customers, both internally and externally. Candidates will also be expected to help develop and motivate accounting associates to ensure that performance metrics are being met or exceeded. The CFO will be responsible for top financial reporting of $100m in annual sales comprised of revenue sources from vehicle sales, parts sales, service sales, body shop sales, truck accessory sales, and manufacturing.
