Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Aventura at Oakwood Village is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated rehab team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment where quality care and teamwork truly matter.
Position Highlights:
Full-time, consistent hours
Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting
Collaborative rehab team and supportive leadership
Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ daily lives
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy treatments as directed by the supervising OT
Document treatments and resident progress accurately and timely
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic activities and safety
Qualifications:
Current COTA license in good standing
Experience in SNF/LTC preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
