Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated rehab team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment where quality care and teamwork truly matter.

Responsibilities: - Provide occupational therapy treatments as directed by the supervising OT
- Document treatments and resident progress accurately and timely
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
- Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic activities and safety
Qualifications: - Current COTA license in good standing
- Experience in SNF/LTC preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
