• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Worksite Location:  King of Prussia, PA
• Compensation: $20-24
  

What you'll do as the Accounts Payable & Billing Specialist:

• Prepare and process itemized statements, bills, and invoices for goods and services.
• Record and reconcile receipts from multiple departments.
• Balance and reconcile batch control totals with source documents or computer listings, identifying and correcting errors.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks including posting data, maintaining cost records, and tracking shipments.
• Support accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

What you'll bring to the Accounts Payable & Billing Specialist role:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies and resolve errors quickly.
